How can I pay for my order?

The easiest way to pay is utilizing my Paypal shopping cart. You can pay via Paypal with a credit or debit card, or an electronic check.

If you prefer not to pay electronically, please email us and I will give you your order total and you can send a check or money order to my post office box. This will delay your order, as I must wait for the check to clear before shipping your order.

How quickly do you ship?

Orders are generally processed within two business days. If a product you ordered is out of stock, I will advise you and give you the option of canceling that item from the order or placing it on backorder.  For custom ordered bags, the time frame will differ, please see the bags page for more information.

How do you ship?

I generally ship orders using the U.S. Postal Service’s Priority Mail. Upon special request, I can ship Express Mail.  Priority Mail typically allows orders to reach you within 1-3 days after shipment.

Can you ship my order as a gift to a third party?

Sure.  I will send the items without an itemized packing slip. Just let me know on your order.  For an additional fee, I can even gift wrap it for you or create a gift basket for a special occasion.
